Inspired by the French Riviera， we mixed navy， turquoise， and poppy red together to create a bold palette. Benjamin Moore’；s Peacock Feathers contrasts bright red， making both shades feel more vibrant and energized.
Yellow can be a tough paint color to pull off —； a shade too bright can burn your corneas but a shade too muddy feels dingy and worn out. Benjamin Moore’；s Fresh Butter is the perfect in between. It’；s clean enough to avoid that soured look but not so bright as to not be livable.
Taupes are versatile wall color， and nearly everyone has some version of it in their home. Though they often get a bad rap for being boring， they work beautifully with blush pinks to calm down their sweetness. In each of these rooms， we’；ve used lots of very feminine elements so that rich taupe offsets that femininity.
It’；s hard to find a room where a light blue wall color doesn’；t work —； it’；s easy to live with and a great complement to different color palettes. Clean， clear Silvery Blue by Benjamin Moore brings the perfect amount of personality to a space without overpowering the furnishings.
If you’；re looking for a subtle wall color that supports your furniture choices but brings more personality to your space than a neutral， we love using a gray paint with lots of blue in it. Benjamin Moore’；s Gentle Gray is just the ticket. We love it mixed with nearly every shade of blue —； teal， spa， and powder blues.

Decorating a bare wall may seem like an easy task, but the fact is an empty canvas sometimes intimidates would-be decorators. The key to making a bare wall into the focal point of a room is the right decorative accessories. Turn your bare wall into a pleasing backdrop or an extension of a decor theme in the room. A bare wall can also feature decorative accessories that blend form and function, such as lighting, floating shelves or a mirror.
